Promotion Period:

• This Promotion runs from April 17, 12:00 AM EST, 2025 through May 11, 11:59 PM EST, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligibility:

• Existing Borgata account (“Account”) holders.
• To be eligible, players must be 21 years of age or older and playing physically within the state of New Jersey or Pennsylvania and not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in the Terms of Service).
• All personal and contact data associated to the player’s account must be verifiable.
• Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with Sponsor, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Claiming Promotions Offer:

• Eligible Participants receive five (5) picks every day on Wizard of Oz Daily Picks.
• The game will end when twelve (12) icons have been drawn.
• Rewards are based on the number of matching icons an Eligible Player has accumulated in the game draw.
• Once the draw has ended, an Eligible Player will be presented with an in-game pop up showing the result of the game.
• Winning Eligible Participants will see an automatic pop-up providing details and value of their reward. An Eligible Participant can click on ‘Accept’ to be redirected to the ‘Promotions’ page to claim their reward.
• Maximum of one game draw per Eligible Participant per day during the Promotional Period.
• New picks become available each day of the Promotional Period, at 12:00am (ET).

Registration Procedures:

• To Create a BetMGM account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
• All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified.
• Sign in to your Account during the Promotional Period.

Limitations on Participation:

• This Promotion is limited to one (1) offer per Account per day during the Promotional Period. Players can only play once per day and can only win one prize each day.
• Players will earn Borgota Rewards Points on all real-money and Bonus Dollars wagering. Rewards Points are subject at all times to the then-current terms and conditions of the Borgota Rewards Points program.

• Bonus Dollars is valid for one (1) day after award and one (1) day or seven (7) days after activation and only within the Promotional Period.

Wagering Requirements:

• $2,500 Bonus Dollars received through this promotion require a 1x playthrough (the "wagering requirement") valid only on the eligible games. For every $1 in Bonus Dollars awarded, the player must wager $1. For example: if a player receives $5 Bonus Dollars, the player must wager $5 to cash out the bonus and any associated winnings. Wagering requirement can only be satisfied through play on eligible Slots or Jackpot Slots, play on other games will not contribute towards the wagering requirement. The player has seven (7) days following the Bonus Dollars activation to complete the Wagering Requirement.
• Bonus Dollars received through this promotion require a 10x playthrough (the "wagering requirement") valid only on the eligible game. For every $1 in Bonus Dollars awarded, the player must wager $10. For example: if a player receives $5 Bonus Dollars, the player must wager $50 to cash out the bonus and any associated winnings. Wagering requirement can only be satisfied through play on eligible Slots or Jackpot Slots, play on other games will not contribute towards the wagering requirement.
• The player has one (1) day following the Bonus Dollars activation to complete the Wagering Requirement.
• Players can opt in to multiple bonus promotions at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wagering requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus promotion at a time. Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• After the player’s Account is credited with Bonus Dollars and the player starts a new game session, the Bonus Dollars will be used first to complete Wagering Requirements. Upon completion of Wagering Requirements, any winnings will be credited to the player’s real-money balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the real-money balance.

Withdrawal Restrictions:

• To cash out Bonus Dollars and associated winnings, players must first complete the Bonus Dollars Wagering Requirement.

Cancellation:

• If a player no longer wants to participate in this promotion, there is no action needed to cancel the promotion. If the player received a bonus from this promotion and elects to proceed with cancellation, the player must opt out of the bonus received. Players can opt out of bonus at any time. Should player opt out of the bonus prior to completing the wagering requirement, the amount of restricted funds (bonus + winnings derived from the bonus) will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. The unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

• Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
• This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
• Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
