Description of Promotion:

• Receive a 50% up to $750 Deposit Match when you wager $2,500.

Promotion Period:

• This Promotion runs from November 13^th 2023 through December 28^th 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
• Each Monday to Sunday will be a new promotional period.

Eligibility:

Claiming Promotion Offer:

• Minimum required deposit: $10 (the “Minimum Deposit”).
• Deposit match will equal 50% of a player’s deposit after opting in to this Promotion and wagering $2,500 a Deposit Match will then be released of 50% up to a maximum equal to $750 (“Deposit Match”).
• Borgata Dollars will be automatically credited to player’s Account, available for immediate use.
• The Deposit Match Borgata Dollars amount, and any associated winnings will be restricted until the player completes the wagering requirement.
• Deposit Match Borgata Dollars received from this Promotion is available at Borgata Online Casino only and cannot be used on the following: EXCLUDED GAMES, Poker, and sports (the “Excluded Games”).

Registration Procedures:

• Sign in to your Account on a Promotional Day during the Promotional Period.

Limitation on Participation:

• Players are required to wager a minimum of $2,500 to receive the Deposit Match offer.
• This Promotion is limited to one (1) offer per account during the Promotional Period.
• Borgata Dollars is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be used on Excluded Games.
• Borgata Dollars is only valid for one (1) day from receipt.

Wagering Requirement:

• Bonus Dollars received through this promotion require a 10x playthrough (the "wagering requirement") valid only on Slots Jackpot Slots, Table games and Live Dealer. For every $1 in Bonus Dollars awarded, the player must wager $10. For example: if a player receives $5 Bonus Dollars, the player must wager $50 to cash out the bonus and any associated winnings. Wagering requirement can only be satisfied through play on Slots or Jackpot Slots, Table Games and Live Dealer. Play on other games will not contribute towards the wagering requirement.
• The player has seven (7) day following the Bonus Dollars activation to complete the Wagering Requirement.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• After the player’s Account is credited with a Deposit Match and the player starts a new game session, the Deposit Match will be used first to complete Wagering Requirements. Upon completion of Wagering Requirements, any winnings will be credited to the player’s real-money balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the real-money balance.
• For the Deposit Match, deposit amount + bonus amount + any winnings are restricted until the Wagering Requirement is completed. The restricted amount is wagered first, followed by the available balance.

Withdrawal Restrictions:

• To cash out Borgata Dollars and associated winnings, players must first complete the Borgata Dollars Wagering Requirement.
• If you have an active bonus promotion, your next deposit funds may be restricted to the wagering contributions of the active bonus promotion. Restricted funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the Wagering Requirement of this Promotion is met. You can check your available funds for withdrawal through My Account > My Balance.

• In order to cash out the remaining deposit amount prior to completing the Wagering Requirement, the player must first drop out of this Promotion.
• By opting out of this Promotion, any Borgata Dollars received as a result of the Deposit Match will be forfeited. This includes the full amount of the initial Borgata Dollars and any associated winnings.
• For example, scenario 1: Player deposits $200.00, resulting in $100.00 Borgata Dollars awarded as a Deposit Match. Player then plays on Slots and loses $10.00, after which the player decides to drop this Promotion. As a result, the player’s remaining available deposit will be $190.00, as they forfeit the full Borgata Dollars of $100.00 by dropping out of this Promotion.
• Scenario 2: Player deposits $200.00, resulting in $100.00 Borgata Dollars awarded as a Deposit Match bonus. Player then plays on Slots and wins $10.00, after which the player decides to drop this Promotion. As a result, the player’s remaining available deposit will be $200.00, as they will forfeit the full Borgata Dollars of $100.00 and the $10.00 winnings associated with it.

Cancellation:

• If a player no longer wants to participate in this promotion, there is no action needed to cancel the promotion. If the player received a bonus from this promotion and elects to proceed with cancellation, the player must opt out of the bonus received. Players can opt out of bonus at any time. Should player opt out of the bonus prior to completing the wagering requirement, the amount of restricted funds will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. Dependent on promotion type, restricted funds could be deposit, bonus, winnings derived from the bonus. • Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
• Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
