Claiming Promotion Offer:

Limitations on Participation:

A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (1) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as COVID-19) or, (2) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.

• Limit: Players can earn up to a maximum of 40 entry tickets per day during the Promotional Period.

  Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries, including by using multiple/different Casino Accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that Participant’s entries and that Participant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Winner’s Selection and Notification:

• On or about three (3) days following the conclusion of the Promotional Period, one thousand (1,000) potential prizes (as hereinafter defined in Section 6 below) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The odds of winning a Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected potential prize winners will be notified by Sponsor via email and/or telephone. Final results of the prize draw will be announced on February 12, 2025 15:00 EST.

  Sponsor is not obligated to leave a voice recording or other message if the potential prize winner does not answer Sponsor’s telephone call. The selected potential winner will be required to respond to the notification with the required information within five (5) business days of the date and time notification was sent/attempted by the Sponsor, or the Prize will be forfeited. To receive the Prize, the selected potential winner must continue to comply with these Terms & Conditions and fulfill all requirements set forth herein.

  Selected potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) and an IRS W-9 form to Sponsor. If required by Sponsor, these documents will be sent out to the potential winners by email along with instructions on how to return them to Sponsor.   All details of the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or any element of a Prize) for one of equal or greater retail value. The value of Prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the Prize’s ARV, and the actual fair market value of the Prizes will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and will be final and binding and cannot be appealed or otherwise challenged. Any federal, state, and/or local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility, including without limitation, ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and souvenirs associated with the Prizes.

Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of the Prizes and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.

  THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW (OR MAY LIMIT) DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

  Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen gift cards or certificates. Winner and guest (if any) must comply with all applicable prize venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable prize element. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Prize. If the winner chooses to redeem and/or participate in any portion of the Prize with fewer than the permitted number of, or no, guests, the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of sponsor’s prize obligations to the winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. No changes may be made by the winner (or their guests) to the Prize details once any portion of arrangements has been made.

  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, stated on-air, published online, or otherwise communicated to a potential winner, no potential winner of will be entitled to receive the Prize until Sponsor has verified such potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions and until such potential winner has completed and submitted all documents required by Sponsor.

  In order to receive the Prize, winner(s) may be required to (i) present a valid photo identification issued by a commonwealth, state, or territory of the United States or by the United States federal government; (ii) complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 in its entirety, including with the winner(s) valid United States taxpayer identification number or social security number; and/or (iii) provide or complete and sign any other documents required by Sponsor, including without limitation, one or more liability release agreements relieving Sponsor, their parent and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, sponsors, prize provider and others from any and all liability with respect to Participant’s participation in this Promotion and the receipt and/or use of the Prize. Any person who refuses to present a valid government-issued photo ID, to provide a valid social security number, and/or to provide or complete and sign any other documents required by Sponsor by the deadline will forfeit any and all prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to examine identification and may reasonably choose to accept or deny awarding the Prize based on the identification presented.
